Submersible pumps of the COK series are designed for use in machine tools for conveying cooling and cutting emulsions as well as cooling oils, particularly in applications where the liquid must flush away significantly larger chips from the workpiece or where the coolant or cutting fluid is circulated through a central filtration station requiring the passage of larger impurities through the pump. The maximum permissible size of impurities is 30 × 10 × 10 mm.

The pumps feature a special flange design for direct mounting onto the tank containing the pumped medium. The temperature of the pumped liquid may range from 0°C to 60°C. As standard, the pumps are finished with a coating of S 2003 synthetic primer paint.
